EngageRM, the market-leading sports and entertainment business technology services provider, has announced an expansive new partnership with Australian thoroughbred racing club operator, Country Racing Victoria (CRV).
CRV manages a total of 66 clubs across the state, running more than 450 race meetings per calendar year, providing thrilling racing to almost every corner of Victoria.
The agreement will transform CRV’s ticketing, marketing and CRM platform, enabling the organisation, and its affiliated clubs and venues, to provide an enhanced digital experience to the public, members and corporate partners.
As part of this relationship, Melbourne-based EngageRM’s omnichannel solution, which incorporates data analytics, business functionality and CRM into a single platform, will allow CRV to streamline its sales, operations and engagement processes.
Members, visitors and corporate partners will benefit from a seamless experience across the organisation’s different racing clubs, offering CRV unprecedented engagement opportunities.
CRV becomes the third client from the racing industry to sign with EngageRM, whose partners include various leading sports and entertainment organisations across Australia, the US and UK.
