EngageRM global and US sales team executives have confirmed their participation in next month’s ALSD Conference and Tradeshow in New York City.
Tim Barber, Commercial Director, and Nick Zanotto, VP North America Development, will represent EngageRM at the leading event, which will take place from July 10-12 at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square.
Nick Zanotto will lead a presentation with Robert Rice, VP of IT at Portland Timbers – a client EngageRM secured at the beginning of the year as part of the company’s ongoing expansion in North America.
Scheduled for 1:00pm on July 12, the presentation, entitled ‘The omnichannel approach to increased engagement with clients’, will touch on how the Timbers have leveraged the EngageRM platform to optimize day-to-day operations and engage with their passionate fans.
The EngageRM team will also host an exhibition stand for the duration of the event, with the business seeking to forge new connections and strengthen existing relationships in a market where solid foundations for growth have already been established.
The Association of Luxury Suite Directors (ALSD) was established in 1990 to provide a single platform for member teams and venues to receive accurate and timely information across all layers of the premium seat industry in stadiums and arenas throughout North America and beyond. EngageRM are also a Silver Partner of the organization.
The annual ALSD Conference and Tradeshow brings together organizations and venues from all over the world who work within the North American market to discuss the latest technology and innovations within the space. There are three sub-conferences during the event: the ALSD Conference and Tradeshow, The Sports Design & Build Forum and the ALSD Tech Symposium.
