We enable professional sports teams, venues, leagues, federations, and other businesses to drive fan engagement, partnerships and premium sales, community programs and more. We are at the cutting edge of our field, using AI, machine learning, voice recognition and other data to provide a single customer view and increase revenue, retention, and audience engagement.

EngageRM was founded in Australia and is quickly growing into the US, UK, European and other markets. We’re a Microsoft ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and have built our comprehensive solution within the Microsoft Dataverse. EngageRM is Microsoft’s number 1 global ISV partner in the sports & entertainment industry.

We are seeking a person who has the drive and determination to deliver marketing Services to our clients using the Microsoft Marketing platform. This will involve creating and building campaign for clients and managing the technical aspects of this. The role is ideally based in Australia, but can operate remotely. Significant opportunities are available for a high performer in this role.

 

Role Overview

We have a number of clients using Microsoft Marketing to drive their marketing ecosystem. We are seeking a person to manage the technical aspects of these engagements for our clients and to ensure that the platform is optimised to allow the best results.

While this is not a ‘creative’ role, it will be helpful if you have had experience in developing campaigns, creating email copy and ensuring that this is delivered in the right manner. The most important skills are technical – your ability to operate the Microsoft Marketing platform – but creative ability will be highly regarded.

You will be dealing directly with our clients and managing their platform, so its important that you can build trust and have well developed technical skills. Someone who is good creatively but has limited technical experience and poor attention to detail will not perform well in this role.

 

A Few Things About You:
  • You have a technical mindset and experience with Microsoft Marketing platform (or the ability to learn it very quickly, based on similar technical experience on another platform)
  • You will be hyper-organised and your planning ability will be legendary
  • You are confident enough to work with and inspire clients to deliver their best output
  • Your attention to detail is outstanding – you’d never let a typo get in front of the customer
  • You’re a great listener and communicator
  • You have basic design capability and design skills in standard design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
  • Your copywriting and grammar is strong
  • You’ll understand SEO fundamentals when you’re producing content
  • You will look at competitors and constantly challenge the work you are producing
  • You will understand social media & marketing metrics and what matters to a business
  • You understand organic tracking (UTMs) and you can navigate your way round Google Analytics to get the insights you are looking for to drive your decisions

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Content planning and scheduling, in conjunction with clients
  • Using Microsoft Marketing and other programs (such as Google Analytics) daily
  • Copywriting and rich media production as required (clients will deliver some of this)
  • Campaign monitoring and continuous optimisation
  • Performance reporting and analytics shared weekly with clients
  • Setting KPIs with clients, to ensure delivery of agreed goals
  • Support and deliver seasonal/promotional projects
  • Organising and archiving creative work in shared access locations
  • Managing our time, including use of timesheets

We are open as to where the person operates from. The calibre of the person is more important than their location.
