EngageRM expands into Europe with new UK office

EngageRM has taken the significant step of expanding its operations into Europe by opening a new office in the UK.
EngageRM’s newly hired Customer Experience Manager, Alex Stasyszyn, will be based at the office in Manchester, with the company set to unveil its first major UK client in the near future.
Alex has more than a decade of experience in the entertainment and technology sector, having worked as a sound engineer for several years before moving into technical roles and focusing on SaaS at companies such as Apple.
“Having spent years understanding how we can utilise technology to deliver better customer experiences, I am incredibly excited to be a part of EngageRM and helping to bring this innovative platform to the UK,” he said. “I am confident we will achieve great success for our clients and look forward to providing the tools needed to ensure the sports and entertainment industry can truly connect with their fans and audiences.”
EngageRM, which has spent more than two decades at the cutting edge of CRM technology, has grown rapidly since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic by doubling its staff headcount and expanding beyond its established headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.
Late last year, EngageRM hired sports industry veteran Nick Zanotto to lead the company’s drive into the US as Vice President – North America Development. Tim Barber also joined as Director of Sales – Australasia, bringing 13 years of SaaS sales experience to the role.
