EngageRM has worked with and utilised every version of the Microsoft Marketing platform going way back to it’s inception.
Over the past two years, this product has seen been developed extensively. It is now a genuine leader in the Marketing Automation space and utilised by an increasing number of our clients to drive fan and stakeholder engagement. EngageRM has also been fortunate to be involved with Proof of Concept projects to build out the capability of the platform.
The platform now utilises the extensive and growing functionality of Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities. It provides virtually unlimited opportunities to collect touchpoints and collate insights from every contact interaction. Within EngageRM deployments, we then enable a range of automated processes within CRM and utilising the Power Platform to give our customers the best chance of success.
Recently, our resident expert, Jonathon De Conno, gave a ‘boots and all’ demo of the platform to a range of professional sports team executives from the US. Jonno covered the key features and benefits of Microsoft which included:
- Customer journey orchestration;
- Segmentation;
- Email marketing, including template development;
- Utilisation and integration with Microsoft Teams;
- Social posting, particularly the native integration with LinkedIn that can allow further automation based on LinkedIn engagement;
- Use of the point-and-click email builder for quickly building out great looking email templates;
- Acquisition of data and insights; and
- Use of behavioural data.
Jonno is arguably one of the leading exponents globally in the use of the platform. He has built successful campaigns for many EngageRM clients across Australia and the US. He was able to show attendees just how easy it is to build campaigns, develop an audience, gain insights and add real value to your organisation.
