Meet Belinda Gannon

Hi, I’m Belinda Gannon  

But you can call me Bel 

I was born and raised in Gosford, Australia 

And I’m currently in Newcastle, Australia

You’ll find me eating japanese – ramen, sushi, katsu, I love it all! 

And you’ll see me drinking a gin & tonic, Hendricks with a slice of cucumber please 🙂

A sports moment I’ll never forget is the Commonwealth games in Manchester, watching the Aussies and Kiwi’s battle it out. The Aussies won in double overtime!  

The sports or entertainment venue you’ll have trouble getting me out of is the Opera House in Sydney 

I idolise not anyone in particular, but there are several people who have made a profound impact on the world, and we can all learn from their actions, behaviours and teachings (be curious, follow your dreams, be humble, vulnerable and open, and listen to others’ stories. Regardless of where they have come from or what they do, they have a story to tell and we could all do with a little more love and compassion for people and the environment)- Oprah Winfrey, Nelson Mandela, Brene Brown, David Attenborough. 

On the weekend you’ll find me planning house renovations, hanging out at the beach with my son, painting, gardening, walking my dog. 

I’m always happy to talk about interior design and renovating. Oh, and indoor plants!

Something you may not know about me is that I ran my own interior design business for 5 years and absolutely love the process of rejuvenating an old space and making it new again.
