Meet Marko Sofocleous

Hi, I’m Marko Sofocleous 

I was born and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus 

But I’m currently in London, United Kingdom 

You’ll find me eating either Greek or Italian food  

And you’ll see me drinking any of the following: coffee, Vimto, whiskey and wine 

A sports moment I’ll never forget is Arsenal beating Man City to win the community shield in 2023. It was my first time seeing Arsenal at Wembley playing for a trophy and the day was just perfect. Sunny weather, family and an Arsenal win.  

The sports venue you’ll have trouble getting me out of is, of course, the Emirates  

I idolise my parents, Elvis Presley and Bruce Lee 

On the weekend you’ll find me spending time with my friends and family, whether that’s at home, exploring somewhere new, or at the Football. I also love to cook, spaghetti and meatballs is my signature dish! 

I’m always happy to talk about football, self improvement, and helping others 

Something you may not know about me is my heritage includes Greek, English, Polish, Italian and Egyptian!
