A little more on Laura
Laura is a lifelong entrepreneur, TEDx speaker and champion of change. She first founded Equal Playing Field, an organization that works to highlight the gender inequalities that exist in sport and celebrate the women’s game. It’s also provided Laura with the opportunity to attain the 4 world records she currently holds.
As we’ve mentioned, at one of these world record attempts, a football match held on Mount Kilimanjaro, Laura realized how football boots, which were designed for men, left women in pain long after the final whistle. So, she set about creating football boots specifically designed for women, and Ida Sports was born.
