EngageRM Bring the Heat with Latest Staff Addition

EngageRM is excited to announce the newest addition to our team, Patrick de la Guardia. With extensive experience in CRM, and a strong background in technology, Patrick is set to bolster our commitment to innovation, whilst boosting our implementation practices as our new Functional Consultant.
Patrick joins us from the Miami Heat, where he played a pivotal role in transforming CRM operations and driving business growth.
He first encountered CRM when he joined a startup specializing in coding boot camps as Head of Sales, a position that allowed him to understand the transformative potential of the technology.
Patrick then joined the Miami Heat as CRM Coordinator and in less than a year, ascended to the role of Product Manager, gaining valuable experience in product management, CRM and custom web application development.
Reflecting on his time at the Heat, Patrick shared his appreciation for the organization’s commitment to culture, quality, and innovation. This strong emphasis on culture both on and off the court inspired Patrick to continually push the boundaries and develop high quality applications for the team.
At EngageRM, Patrick will be our newest Functional Consultant, driving the implementation process for new partners globally, with his expertise in web applications and the Microsoft Power Platform incredibly valuable for our team.
Patrick also intends to work closely with the product development team to enhance our platform and streamline operations.
When asked about his decision to join EngageRM, Patrick emphasized the company’s unique approach to Microsoft Dynamics. He was particularly drawn to EngageRM’s unwavering commitment to innovation, leading the transition from legacy systems to the more modern EngageRM solution.
“EngageRM is the best platform on the market for sports CRM, and there are certain areas we can continue to develop. The platform is already the best at what it does, and it’s even more exciting to know that it has the potential to do even more,” Patrick says.
