Meet Emily Waghorne

Hi, I’m Emily Waghorne 

But you can call me Em 

I was born and raised in Moe, Victoria, Australia 

But I’m currently in Melbourne, Australia 

You’ll find me eating dhal with either pappadums or naan 

And you’ll see me drinking StrangeLove Ginger beer! 

A sports moment I’ll never forget is Cathy Freeman’s 400m gold at the 2000 Olympics and Sam Kerr’s long range solo goal at the 2023 Women’s World Cup, both incredible sporting moments 

I idolise Brene Brown, a truly inspirational leader 

On the weekend you’ll find me surfing or mountain biking with the kids, sewing or knitting. 

I’m always happy to talk about making the world a better place, one choice at a time, one team and one workplace at a time 

Something you may not know about me is I keep bees and have done a Permaculture Design Certificate
